Pack 73 consists of a committee made up of a Committee Chairperson; Cubmaster and Assistant Cubmaster; Den Leaders; Officers of Finance, Fundraising, and Advancement; as well as parents not holding an official positions.
The committee plans the overall goals and activities of the Pack and is also responsible for registration, finances, pack events, etc. Den Leaders plan the individual dens and may ask for your assistance in the form of “shared leadership.” Remember, this is a volunteer organization.

Parents are expected to be involved and to volunteer to help with Den and Pack activities, outings/events, on the Committee, or as a Den or Assistant Den leader. Training and support is available to make the program fun and successful! You have an equal voice in what your Pack does when you participate in committee meetings.
